Steps to Apply and Register K-5

  1. If your family is NEW to the district, Our School Community Services Team would love to talk with you and walk you through the Registration Process.
    1. Call them at 520-225-6400 or
    2. email the team at scs@tusd1.org (Please provide your name and phone number in the body of the email.)

  2. If you are not NEW to the district, but you do not remember your previous ParentVue Login information,
    1. click here to send an email to mccorkle@tusd1.org requesting assistance recovering your ParentVue account to proceed. (Please provide your name and phone number in the body of the email.) or
    2. call the school at 520-877-2000 and leave a message for a call-back.

    Do NOT create a Second ParentVue account with a different email. Doing so will mean that you have to go back later and redo everything in your original account.  If you are in doubt at all, ask for assistance.

  3. Once you have your ParentVue information, reserve your selection of Classroom Learning or Remote Learning and Register by logging into ParentVue. Your student will be a member of their chosen school regardless of whether you choose to have them in the classroom or remote. You will have opportunities during the school year to move back to the classroom if you choose to have them start remotely this August. (Click here if you need more information about the Classroom and Remote Options for this year.)

  4. At any point in the registration process that you need assistance, you may:

    1.  email mccorkle@tusd1.org (Please provide your name and phone number in the body of the email.) or
    2. call the school at 520-877-2000 and leave a message for a call-back.
    3. call School Community Services at 520-225-6400 and leave a message for a call-back.

  3. Complete an Open Enrollment/Placement Application:
    1. Apply Online Here or
    2. Download the Form from Here and send it to
      1. Email: scs@tusd1.org
      2. Postal Mail: School Community Services, 1010 E 10th St., Tucson, AZ 85719

  4. If application is accepted the Parent will receive an offer letter for the student to enroll at the School.

  5. The Offer must be accepted by one of the following methods:
    1. email to scs@tusd1.org, or
    2. phone call to 225-6400, or
    3. mailing a letter to: School Community Services, 1010 E 10th St., Tucson, AZ 85719
    If you do not accept the offer it will eventually be rescinded by the district.

  6. If you have applied for placement and have not received a response, please call our School Community Services Department at 520-225-6400.

  7. Once the offer is accepted you will be able to reserve your selection of Classroom Learning or Remote Learning and Register by logging into ParentVue. Your student will be a member of their chosen school regardless of whether you choose to have them in the classroom or remote. You will have opportunities during the school year to move back to the classroom if you choose to have them start remotely this August. You will need to complete this step even if you have previously registered the student at another School.

    2. Descargue el formulario desde aquí y envíalo a
      1. Envíe un correo electrónico al equipo a scs@tusd1.org
      2. Apartado Postal: School Community Services, 1010 E 10th St., Tucson, AZ 85719

  4. Si se acepta la solicitud, el padre recibirá una carta de oferta para que el alumno se matricule en la escuela.

  5. La oferta debe ser aceptada por uno de los siguientes métodos:
